Chronic neck and shoulder pain were issues I had to deal with for years. The problem grew worse and worse over time until my head’s range of pain-free motion had became so limited that the simple act of looking over my shoulder to make a lane change while driving became an agonizing experience. Moreover, I was unable to sleep through a full night without constantly being awoken due to the discomfort in my neck and shoulders. Nothing I tried seemed to improve the situation – pain killers, anti-inflammatory medication, exercise, changes in sleeping posture, massage…none seemed to offer any prospect of long-term relief.
One afternoon, during a particularly sever flair up that struck during a social gathering, Faye offered to help me with a neck massage. I have to admit, I was initially sceptical – so many had tried (and failed) to “fix” my problem in the past that I had grown quite jaded. Never-the-less, I agreed to let Faye try. As it turned out, that decision proved to be one the best I had made in years. After working on my neck and shoulders for no more than 10 minutes, the pain was gone – and more importantly, it hasn’t returned.
It has been almost two years since that day, and I have been pain free ever since. The normal range of motion of my head has been restored, and the simple day-to-day activities that caused me so much pain and distress for so long have become and remained problem free. I owe Faye a huge debt of gratitude and would highly recommend her services. She has made a believer out of me.
